В.The study presents a comparative analysis of the calculated phase shift of the photoconductivity signal for different types of semiconductor materials, including monocrystalline (Si, GaAs), polycrystalline (poly-Si, CdTe), and amorphous (a Si) structures. The influence of crystalline structure, defect density, and carrier recombination mechanisms is investigated. The dependence of the phase shift on the excitation wavelength is examined, enabling the evaluation of key material parameters such as carrier lifetime, surface recombination velocity, and the efficiency of carrier generation and transport in various structures. М.; Грицунов, О. В.This work discusses the prospects for using microwave local sensors to determine the doping profile of semiconductor objects in the scanning microwave microscopy (SMM). Quantitative results for the electric field distribution in a three-layer structure of an object with different degrees of doping are presented. The influence of the electro physical parameters of objects on the field distribution in the probe-object system has been studied. Options for implementing 3D micro scanning of multilayer objects are proposed. A corpuscular-based approach is proposed to account for the random responses of a multi-element photodetector. The use of physical and mathematical models enables the evaluation of the spatiotemporal response, crucial for analyzing diffuse light propagation. The results are based on the physical and technical characteristics of GaAs (gallium arsenide). Absolute and relative contrast values determine object presence, forming a binary mask. Connected component analysis refines object boundaries, filtering out noise. The algorithm considers real-world conditions by introducing noise to evaluate signal-to-noise ratios. The assessment of the effectiveness of optoelectronic systems is used in calculations of the range, resolution, quality of the obtained image, processing speed, resistance to interference and other parameters. This report presents the results of evaluating the efficiency of optoelectronic systems by the signal-to-noise ratio criterion based on the application of the interframe signal processing method. Methods of mathematical modeling of the signal formation process in optoelectronic systems are applied, taking into account the stochastic characteristics of the signal and background components.
