Abstract

Problems of working out and using of new information technologies (IT) of personnel management of IT-organizations are considered. Analysis of existing methods of estimation of personnel resources of big IT-organization is realized. Many-stage automated methods, which allows elicit the real level of professional training, social and psychological level of official and his answering the taking up place, is proposed.
