dc.description.abstract	Problems of working out and using of new information technologies (IT) of personnel management of IT-organizations are considered. Analysis of existing methods of estimation of personnel resources of big IT-organization is realized. Many-stage automated methods, which allows elicit the real level of professional training, social and psychological level of official and his answering the taking up place, is proposed. Program modulus for automation of collection and treatment of information obtained during carrying out of testing in information systems of personnel management of IT-organizations
