Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the development of electronic accounting components to optimize the processes of receiving clients in a beauty salon. In today's world, where speed of service and customer comfort are becoming important factors of competitiveness, effective implementation of electronic systems is becoming a necessity. The use of electronic accounting components will allow automating the process of registering customers, managing the work schedule of craftsmen, and providing a convenient interface for ordering services. At the same time, the system will ensure the preservation of customer data and their history of requests, which will allow to increase the level of personalization of service.
