Moreover, each organism is individual. Also, most of the information is not structured and randomly located on the Internet. This makes it difficult to find and analyze the necessary information. That is why an online resource for healthy eating was created, which is based on a scientific approach and expert advice, and also has a section of physical exercises. In the creation of the resource, the goal, tasks were set and the relevance was determined, software methods of implementation were selected.
