Abstract

This work is devoted to optimizing work planning processes in the information system of the Kharkiv Aeroclub. The study examines the use of information technologies and optimization methods for scheduling flights, training sessions, and technical maintenance while considering aircraft availability, personnel workload, and client requests. The proposed module enables automated schedule formation and more efficient allocation of resources, improving the effectiveness of aeroclub operations
