Abstract

This work presents the development of an automated coworking space booking system aimed at simplifying the reservation process and reducing administrative workload. The solution is designed primarily for small and medium-sized coworking spaces that require a lightweight and easy-to-integrate tool. Client interaction is implemented through a Telegram bot, allowing users to create, view, and cancel bookings without registration. Administrative functions are provided via a web-based control panel with authentication and resource management features. The backend is developed using Python and FastAPI following REST principles, while PostgreSQL is used for data storage. The system emphasizes simplicity and efficient workspace management.
