Abstract

The focus of this work is on improving the efficiency of the procurement workflow by reducing manual communication and increasing transparency in request handling. The proposed solution is a low-code module implemented as a Power Apps application and integrated into an existing information system. The module handles requests, validates the data of the provided information, and supports the preparation of procurement submissions in a consistent format. Efficiency is evaluated through metrics such as time of processing, data quality, and the amount of manual effort, including an estimate of the workload in FTE. This will result in fewer repeated clarifications and less rework, enabling faster delivery and greater flexibility in adapting to business process changes.
