Технологічні особливості створення електронної музичної композиції в стилі дабстеп

Abstract

The paper considers technological aspects of creating an electronic music composition in the dubstep style. The main stages of modern electronic music production are analyzed, including sound design, arrangement, mixing and mastering. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital audio workstations (DAW) and software tools used in contemporary music production. The interaction of bass and percussion elements, which form the rhythmic and energetic foundation of dubstep compositions, is also discussed. Special focus is given to frequency balance, dynamic processing and the use of sidechain compression for controlling low-frequency components of the mix. The mastering stage is considered as a final step of preparing a musical track for distribution on digital platforms. The presented analysis demonstrates the importance of combining creative and technological approaches in modern electronic music production
