This work provides a comparative analysis of modern UI animation tools, focusing on Rive, Lottie, and CSS. The study examines their performance, architectural differences, and practical use cases in digital product design. It highlights the transition from static vector animations to interactive real-time state machines. The paper emphasizes how choosing the right tool–whether it's CSS for simple transitions, Lottie for linear motion, or Rive for high interactivity–significantly impacts application performance and user experience.
