Abstract

The article examines the theoretical foundations of the strategic development of business entities in a dynamic and competitive economic environment. The essence of strategic development, its main principles, influencing factors, and key elements of forming an effective enterprise strategy are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the role of strategic management as a tool for ensuring long term competitiveness and adaptation of business entities to environmental changes.
