Abstract

The article describes how to optimize images generated by artificial intelligence (AI) for commercial printing. Since neural networks generate artwork in the RGB color space with low resolution, direct printing results in poor quality. The proposed prepress workflow includes AI-driven upscaling, the application of ICC profiles for color management, and manual retouching. This approach helps to meet the strict quality standards required in modern printing processes.
