Теоретико-методичні аспекти оцінки ефективності інноваційно-інвестиційних проєктів

Abstract

У статті досліджено теоретико-методичні аспекти оцінки ефективності інноваційно-інвестиційних проєктів в умовах сучасних економічних трансформацій. Обґрунтовано, що специфіка інноваційної діяльності, зумовлена високим рівнем невизначеності, значною часткою нематеріальних активів і довгостроковим характером реалізації проєктів, потребує застосування комплексних підходів до оцінювання їх ефективності. Систематизовано класичні та сучасні підходи до оцінки ефективності інноваційно-інвестиційних проєктів, зокрема фінансово-економічний, ризикорієнтований, стратегічний, багатокритеріальний, опціонний, соціально-еколого-економічний, компетентнісний і поведінковий. Узагальнено сукупність відповідних методів та здійснено їх порівняльну характеристику. Доведено доцільність поєднання кількісних і якісних методів оцінки з метою підвищення обґрунтованості інвестиційних рішень і забезпечення сталого розвитку суб’єктів господарювання. Abstract. The article explores theoretical and methodological aspects of assessing the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects in the context of modern economic transformations. The theoretical and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects in the context of modern economic transformations are generalized and systematized. It is substantiated that innovation and investment projects are characterized by a high level of uncertainty, a significant share of intangible assets, and a long-term nature of implementation, which necessitates the use of comprehensive approaches to assessing their effectiveness. It has been established that classical financial and economic methods of assessing efficiency remain an important basic tool for investment analysis, but their use is insufficient for a full assessment of the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects. Their limitations are manifested in the inability to fully take into account risks, strategic consequences, socio-ecological effects, and the role of human capital. The feasibility of using risk-oriented, strategic, multi-criteria, option and socio-ecological-economic approaches are proven, which allow for a deeper assessment of the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects by taking into account factors of uncertainty, managerial flexibility, strategic significance and principles of sustainable development. The use of these approaches helps to increase the validity of investment decisions in the long term. The study pays special attention to competency and behavioral approaches. It is substantiated that the level of managerial competencies, professional experience, and innovative thinking of the project team significantly affects the effectiveness of the implementation of innovation and investment initiatives. The generalization of the research results made it possible to form a set of classical and modern methods for assessing the effectiveness of innovation and investment projects and to carry out their comparative analysis.
