Abstract

The report deals wІТh the development of recommendation functions of the e-business system. For the client of the system the recommendation function for automated selection of the type of contracts for insurance services, including a calculator for calculating the cost of insurance is developed. For the system administrator a recommendation function based on a fuzzy decision-making model has been developed. This model provides the administrator wІТh recommendations for making a decision on the cost of concluding a CASCO.
