Дослідження впливу конструкції та матеріалів діафрагми електростатичних навушників на їх характеристики

Abstract

An experimental study of methods for creating diaphragms for electrostatic headphones using polyethylene and lavsan films is presented. The influence of the dynamic viscosity index on the stability of tension and the effectiveness of several methods of applying a conductive layer (graphite powder, metallization) and the feasibility of film cutting methods (nichrome filament, diamond superfile) are considered. The degradation of metallization under the influence of high polarization voltage and the procedure for dissolving the metal coating with a weak alkaline solution are described. A comparative analysis of different headphone designs was carried out. The effect of electrical and mechanical parameters of materials on the sound reproduction quality was studied.
