Abstract

The transmission of information occurs exclusively via wave channels. Firstly, there are sound channels, which are based on longitudinal and transverse waves depending on the mechanism of energy transfer through the oscillations of the medium’s particles in traveling waves. Secondly, there are electromagnetic channels, whose mechanism is associated with variable electric and magnetic fields that propagate both in media and in a vacuum. With the discovery of gravitational waves, another unique channel has emerged for acquiring information about the deep properties of the Universe.
