Особливості конструкцій сучасних сонячних елементів

Abstract

The paper considers modern designs of solar cells, their material composition and technological features. The main types of photovoltaic cells are described: silicon, thin-film and perovskite, their advantages and disadvantages. The latest technologies are analyzed, multilayer structures, nanotechnologies and others. Special attention is paid to the economic and environmental aspects of the development of solar energy. Prospects for improving materials and methods for increasing the efficiency of photovoltaic systems are identified.
