Abstract

This article examines the role of economic security as an important element of national security, ensuring stable development in a globalized world. The authors analyze the key aspects of economic security, including energy, financial, industrial, trade, and social security, as well as external and internal threats that may negatively impact the economy, such as sanctions, trade wars, economic imbalances, corruption, and technological lag. Special attention is given to the need for economic diversification, investment in innovation, and infrastructure development to enhance resilience to crises. An important aspect of ensuring economic security is effective management of the national currency and financial system, as well as negotiating beneficial trade agreements. The article also emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to economic security and the need for cooperation between the government, business, and civil society to adapt to changing conditions.
