Abstract

The given work is devoted to the Self-management, it is proposed to consider this as a person's ability to effectively organize their activities, manage resources and time, focusing on achieving personal and professional goals. In the context of an enterprise in conditions of uncertainty of the external environment, self management is an important tool for increasing the efficiency of economic activity, because the better employees organize their tasks and prioritize, the higher the productivity of the entire organization. The Pareto principles and Parkinson's law are key concepts that contribute to the implementation of self management at the enterprise level, helping to optimize the work process and achieve better results.
