Морфологічні способи творення юридичних термінів

Abstract

Scientific research is devoted to the study of morphological ways of creating legal terms in the modern Ukrainian language. The leading statements regarding the concepts of legal terminology are described, the definitions of the concepts of «term» and legal term are given. The importance of morphological derivation as a means of enriching the legal terminology is established. The main groups of legal terms formed morphologically are analyzed. It is noted that the most productive morphological way of creating legal terms is suffixation and prefixation, a smaller number of legal terms is formed by abbreviation and compounding
