Abstract

The modern period of information processing development is characterized by the large-scale implementation of various algorithms and technologies for the intellectualization of data processing processes. One of the important components of the process of intellectualization of information technologies is the increasing need to use information in the form of photo and video data, in particular digital images, since such technologies are the most acceptable and convenient for use in video surveillance systems, auto-focusing in photos and video cameras, medical devices and so on.
