Abstract

The automation of the processes in café business can help reduce the human resources and costs, which will benefit for both small and medium businesses. The aim of the project is to analyze industry details to find possibilities for automation to be applied. They were defined as making orders, reservation of tables online, automatic adjustments of prices depending on the set of parameters and the number of sales, formation of analytical statistical reporting on the number of dishes sold. System will also support payments via API and will include convenient navigation and search with possibility to apply filters. Users will have access to different elements according to their roles
