Abstract

This work is devoted to the development of components for an information CRM-system for technical support of users of smart kettles. The research covers an analysis of the needs of smart kettle users for technical support and modern information technologies that can be used to develop an information CRM system. The research results indicate that implementing an information CRM system can help resolve technical issues faced by smart kettle users faster and more efficiently by automating technical support processes and improving communication between users and support staff. The components developed for the information CRM system can be integrated to create a comprehensive technical support system that caters to the specific needs of smart kettle users.
