Abstract

The work discusses the regulatory documents for telemedicine in Ukraine and the documents that doctors are required to fill out during telemedicine consultations. The development of an e-business system for doctor-patient interaction is also discussed, with three user roles and their respective functions outlined. The system was developed using a three-tier client-server architecture and the IDE Rider software development environment, with the client part implemented in C# using the MAUI platform and the server part implemented on the MySQL-server database platform
