Abstract

The peculiarities of modem office work are primarily in its translation into the state language, widespread use of computer systems for processing and printing documents, the need to comply with the requirements of current state standards in this area, and the introduction of rational work methods. Compliance with the requirements of record keeping standards in the practical work of government bodies and in the process of documenting is intended to help establish a clear organizational and technical procedure, to eliminate bureaucracy and red tape.
