Анотація
Large IT companies have special departments responsible for procurement to provide the resources required for project implementation and use corporate supplier relationship management systems (SRM-system). Іmall teams, companies,organizations do not have physical and financial resources for this purpose. The main purpose of the work is the development of program components of the procurement management system. The planned budget and time for procurement should be taken into account. The user receives the list of possible suppliers. The list is formed with account of existing customer feedback, whose orders were fulfilled by these suppliers
