Abstract

Temperament is a set of genetically determined psychic qualities a person possesses, which are determined by many factors, including brain chemistry and the central nervous system. It is an innate property of the psyche that a person can’t change.There are four basic types of temperaments: choleric, sanguine, phlegmatic and melancholic. The temperament can make an influence on our acts in some situations, so here will be made the analysis on the temperaments’ compatibility in IT sphere.
