Демократия – основная проблема современности

Abstract

The article is devoted to such a section of political philosophy as democracy. A review of existing theories in this field is carried out.The main branch of political philosophy is considered – epistemology. The main issues that Eastland used in his theories are discussed. They take into account democratic issues in the European Union. The points of view that are related to the ideas of democracy are analyzed. The issue of deliberative democracy, which is used during the epistemological turn, is considered. The questions of Berlin pluralism, objectivism and cognitivism are raised.
