Abstract

Design and modeling of printed circuit boards, the analysis of electromagnetic compatibility and thermal methods involve structural and functional modeling. A typical design cycle for electronic equipment can be divided into several stages, namely, the development of a structural diagram, the development of a schematic diagram, a preliminary determination of design requirements, the development of a printed circuit board, an assessment of electromagnetic compatibility, thermal modes and reliability.In modern conditions, at almost all of the above stages, specialized computer-aided design systems for electronic devices should be used.
