Abstract

The purpose of this article is to consider the physical nature of heat radiation in the human body and the mechanisms of heat transfer. It indicates the technical capabilities and characteristics of modern thermal imagers. You can also see the results of using thermography for the examination and diagnosis of various diseases. Here are indicated the basic conditions necessary for conducting thermographic diagnostics and modern directions for the further development of the method.
