dc.description.abstract	In the presented work the brief review of actuality of introduction of the programmatic-configured networks is produced in the common use for the increase of the productivity and improvement of rate of data. Besides such networks are able to decide the great number of problems with that not in forces to manage traditional networks, for example increases of traffic, safety and efficiency. Thus the programmatic-configured networks will allow to create more economical network infrastructure, because does not require an expensive equipment. But nevertheless and the considered networks are exposed to the problem of electromagnetic compatibility and require creation of methods of monitoring of the state of network for an operative antiblackout.	uk_UA
