Abstract

Deformations that may occur due to mechanical influences during the production and operation of functional electronics elements on optical fibers are considered. In order to preserve the dispersion properties of the optical fiber and reduce the loss of the transmitted signal, it is proposed to develop a new method of automated processing and analysis of the structure of the optical fiber based on the measured image of its cross section.
