Анотація
The given work is devoted to the researching and problem decision of image recognition and identification of car license plates for their further application in various spheres. Here will be considered some existing methods, technics and systems of image recognizing. This work will describe the main idea of identification of car license plates and a concept of its possible using. Also will be reviewed a technology for mobile application developing and its further implementation. As a conclusion here would be described all desired parts of mobile application and possible way of its improving
