This work is devoted to the economic justification of developing a website for a museum institution. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing role of digital technologies in the cultural sector and the need to ensure efficient use of financial resources. The main cost components of website development and maintenance are analyzed, including design, technical implementation, and content support. Particular attention is paid to evaluating the economic feasibility of such a project. The advantages of implementing a digital resource for expanding audience reach and improving accessibility to information are considered. The results confirm the economic efficiency of introducing web technologies in museum activities.
