Анотація
Developing a competitive product is a complex process that requires many resources, good management, and flexibility. Assignment of work packages to the performers, is one of the stages of work on the project, requiring constant adaptation and optimization to external factors. Insufficient attention to this process can lead to problems with the functionality of the product, delay the product delivery, and inconsistency of the finished solution with the expected result. The paper will consider the risks and practical solutions to optimize the process of assigning packages of work to performers in the context of remote work
