This work is devoted to the analysis of the impedance characteristics of power distribution networks (PDNs) by modeling and simulation. The impedance characteristics of power distribution networks at the circuit level are always critical for the design of high-speed devices. However, to solve the power integrityproblems caused by the reduction of element sizes and the rapid increase in the number of transistors in integrated circuits, it is necessary to suppress the power noise and meet the impedance requirements between the connections
