Abstract

Today, less formal guidelines, such as instructions on how to use the new software feature, are gaining popularity. These types of electronic documents are usually accompanied by software updates or additions. The focus is not on the rules of general operation of the facility, but on the part that has changed. The advantages of using multimedia instructions over paper ones are the ability to adapt the content of the instructions to individual user characteristics. Based on the studied data, a multimedia instruction was developed for users of Apple phones.
