dc.description.abstract	This work is devoted to assessing the effectiveness of overclocking the RAM (Random Access Memory) of a personal computer. The main nuances and methods for overclocking RAM are considered. A lot of step-by-step experiments were carried out, in which the performance of RAM was compared with different parameters and modes. It has been established that the overclocking of RAM does not have an unambiguous effect on the stability and performance of the system in various situations, although on average, the trend leads to improvement, and the single-channel mode is inferior to the dual-channel one.
