Abstract

This article examines the application of the FMEA methodology for prioritizing and preventing risks in technological processes. This type of functional analysis allows you to reduce costs and the risk of product defects. FMEA analysis allows you to identify exactly those defects that represent the highest risk for the consumer, their potential causes, and to develop corrective actions to eliminate them, to predict the costs of their elimination. This method allows you to determine the consumer's risk parameter - RPN (Risk priority number).
