Abstract

The article describes the relevance of using IT technologies for enterprise management. There is defined the enterprise selected for automation. The enterprise's operation processes for entering into contracts and documenting flow are described. The article describes the problems of the existing management system that show up at the main stages. There are defined the reasons and benefits to develop an IT service. The purpose is to increase the efficiency of the enterprise. The functionality of the IT service is described.
