Розробка методу формування команди ІТ-проєкту з урахуванням виконуваних функцій і ролей її членів

Abstract

The study is devoted to the formation of an effective IT project team, taking into account the specific functions and roles of its members. The method of team formation and the distribution of official responsibilities among specialists are considered. Attention is also paid to informal roles in the team that arise in the process of collaboration and affect overall effectiveness. To assess the contribution of each team member to the project, an approach based on the use of expert assessment is proposed. Expert assessments are combined into an integrated indicator that reflects each person's performance of their role.
