Анализ подходов к оцениванию вкладов неопределенностей входных величин в неопределенность измеряемой величины

Abstract

A comparative analysis of different approaches to the estimation of a numerical value and uncertainty contributions of input quantities to the measurand uncertainty is carried out. The estimates obtained by an analytical method and Monte Carlo method take as reference values. It is shown that the method of finite increments can be used not only to evaluation of uncertainty contributions, but also to evaluation of unbiased measurand value.
