Abstract

The work is devoted to understanding, designing, and improving the user interfaces (UI) and user experience (UX) of online stores. This topic is important because e-commerce is becoming more popular and competition among online stores is increasing. Effective UX/UI design can be a key success factor, helping online stores stand out in the market, attract more customers and ensure their shopping satisfaction. Also, this work is dedicated to the study and application of modern methods, technologies and trends in the field of UX/UI design, in particular, taking into account mobile devices, the advanced use of artificial intelligence, as well as the development of interactive and personalized interface elements.
