dc.description.abstract	Тези присвячені проблемі користування землею у формі оренди землі. Зазначається, що від такої форми користування землею як право постійного користування, право оренди відрізняється строковим платним володінням і користуванням земельною ділянкою, необхідною орендареві для провадження підприємницької та іншої діяльності, а також суб’єктним складом. Аналізується договір про відчуження права оренди, що є підставою для укладення договору оренди, розкриваються істотні умови договору оренди землі та його зміст. // The theses are devoted to the problem of land use in the form of land lease. It is noted that such a form of land use as a right of permanent use, the right to lease differs in the term of paid ownership and use of the land required by the tenant for conducting business and other activities, as well as the subject composition. The contract on the alienation of the lease right, which is the basis for the conclusion of the lease, is analyzed, the essential terms of the lease of land and its content are revealed.	uk_UA
