Abstract: The basic principles of creation of the "ideal" Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and ways of their implementation in the current and proposed JCGM WG1 documents are considered. The errors of type A standard uncertainty evaluation from the universal set difference from the normal, as well as the errors of expanded uncertainty evaluation under the use the coverage factor from Gauss inequality are investigated.
