It examines the monist and dualist approaches to incorporating international law into national legal systems and the challenges that arise from these differences. The paper also highlights the importance of harmonizing domestic legislation with international standards, especially in areas such as human rights, environmental protection, and international security. Finally, it emphasizes the need for continuous legal adaptation to ensure a balance between national interests and global obligations.
