Abstract

On 15 July 2021, the Law of Ukraine On Stimulating the Development of the Digital Economy in Ukraine was introduced. 2022 saw the launch of Diia.City, a legal and tax space for IT companies in Ukraine. The legal regime «Diya City», which was introduced to stimulate the development of the digital economy in Ukraine. The regime «Diya City» establishes a corporate and organizational part. Obtaining a special status allows you to reduce the tax burden and provides companies with a number of other benefits.
