Abstract

Legal protection is a common form of rights protection, but the classic legal process does not always guarantee a quick resolution of a legal dispute due to the imperfection of the judicial system. This causes the duration and economic loss of the legal process, the overloading of the courts, problems ensuring the equality and competitiveness of the parties to the legal process. Alternative dispute resolution is an effective measure to facilitate the peaceful resolution of disputes. There are two procedures for resolving conflicts in court: mediation and with the participation of a judge.
