Abstract

Only the state, commercial and non-profit sector in cooperation can ensure the existence of a stable, democratic, constitutional state and civil society. Therefore, there is an obvious need for an effective non-profit sector that would encourage citizens to participate in the management of public life and improve their quality of life. That is why the issue of legal regulation of the existence and activity of non-profit organizations and charitable entities, is extremely important for our state.
