Abstract

The subject matter of this work is dedicated to society-oriented movement called Diversity & Inclusion that is considered to be the tool for solving issues connected with equality among individuals. Origin and reasons to appear alongside with possible outcomes will be defined. Furthermore, this phenomenon compliance with modern rules, regulations and mental principles will be verified. As the result, the ambivalence of this question will be analyzed in order to evaluate its efficiency.
